Our Approach
You want to hire a team that is going to complement your own. Are we a good fit? Read about how we approach our work.
We like to get right to it. We meet you (in person, where possible) and spend a lot of time learning about your school and your department, asking questions and listening. How do you view yourself? How do you want others to view you? What strategies have worked for you before, and what hasn’t? How are you different from your competitors? Your answers tell us how we should proceed.

Here’s where we strategize. You are unique and deserve more than a one-size-fits-all plan. That approach just doesn’t make sense, and we don’t do it. We conduct research and have a workshop or two to actualize your project. All our discovery work gives us the perspective to craft a personalized strategy open to revision. Once you approve the final plan, we get to work.
This is the part where we go crazy getting to work. The project gets mapped out and split into its parts, and each member of our team tackles his or her tasks. We work as fast and efficiently as possible. The great way about how we work is that you get to peek in and check the progress as we go. Something needs to be tweaked? No problem.

Lord Kelvin wasn’t talking about online solutions when he said “To measure is to know,” but that’s how we work. Every month, we scrutinize the data from your marketing campaigns and web traffic. Then, we compile it all in a report. You don’t just receive indecipherable spreadsheets. We make sense of it for you and provide suggestions.
Great things aren’t built by accident, and perfection doesn’t happen overnight. We have to be honest about what works and what doesn’t, make revisions and loop back over and over. We use the analysis from your monthly reports to make logical changes to your campaigns. You might have heard this process called “agile”; we call it steady improvement over time.

It’s a huge decision, picking the right team to grow with. Our approach is effective across industries, and especially effective for educational organizations and nonprofits. We are excited by new challenges and would love to apply our tried-and-true strategies for you.
Achieving internet marketing success is an investment of time and money, and we know you’re putting a lot of faith in us. We rely on your trust, and we are going to ask for your budget. We only work with clients who say, “Here’s our budget, what’s the most bang for the buck that we can get with it?” The clients who don’t trust us say, “Here’s what we want, what’s the cheapest we can get it?” That’s a subtle difference in approach that makes a major impact in the finished product.
We’re going to be invested in finding out if we’re a good fit for each other. We want projects that inspire us as much as you want an inspired team. Expect passionate and opinionated consultants, focused on strategy. And we understand that we’re kind of interviewing each other. If our teams click, that’s awesome. If we don’t, that’s cool, too.
